Transparent Pricing Every service I perform in my office has a clear published price. When imaging or testing is needed, I will explain my recommendation before we proceed. Testing performed by an outside provider is billed to you separately by that provider.
One doctor, start to finish. Every test, including the echocardiogram, is performed and interpreted by me during your visit.

History, physical exam, ECG (heart rhythm test), and echocardiogram (heart ultrasound, performed when indicated). I use state-of-the-art cardiac diagnostic and imaging technology to provide the highest quality care.
You get a clear explanation.
I use drawings to explain what I found and what it means.

Sent to you through the patient portal and shared with your child's other physicians.

Meet your physician
Dr Alexandra Channing.
I am a board-certified pediatric cardiologist and advanced cardiac imager. I completed my fellowship training at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Most recently, I was an Associate Professor at Columbia University in New York, where I was the director of the Pediatric Marfan & Aortopathy Clinic. Through fellowship training, and the years since spent caring for patients, I developed the expertise on which this practice is anchored. My goal is to give families the personalized attention, time, and care they deserve.
An outpatient direct-care practice based in Vista, serving North County San Diego - including Carlsbad, Oceanside, Encinitas, San Marcos, Solana Beach, and Del Mar.
